I. Placing orders

  1. Orders may be placed 24/7 via the online store at www.shop.wts.racing.
  2. To place an order, add products to the cart, proceed to checkout, and complete the order form.
  3. A registered account is not required to place an order.
  4. After placing an order you will receive an automated order confirmation to the email address provided.
  5. The contract of sale is concluded upon the Seller's acceptance of the order (dispatch confirmation email).
  6. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances (e.g. the product is no longer available). In such cases, any payment already made will be refunded in full within 14 days.

II. Order fulfilment

  1. Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  2. Processing begins after payment is received (for prepaid methods) or immediately after the order is placed (for payment on pickup).
  3. The Seller will notify the Customer of any fulfilment issues by email.
  4. The Customer may cancel a placed order by updating the order status in their account or by contacting the Seller at info@wts.racing.

III. Shipping costs

  1. Shipping costs depend on the chosen delivery method and are displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.
  2. For orders exceeding the free-shipping threshold (shown in the store), shipping is free of charge.
  3. Shipping is available worldwide.

IV. Delivery times

  1. Standard delivery within Poland: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  2. International delivery: 5–14 business days after dispatch.
  3. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or force majeure events beyond the Seller's control.

V. Payment methods

  1. PayNow (mBank) — online payment (card, BLIK, bank transfer)
  2. Traditional bank transfer — payment to the Seller's bank account (details provided in the order confirmation email)
  3. Cash on pickup — available at motorsport events where WTS Racing is present (details announced on social media)

Payment should be made within 5 business days of placing the order. If payment is not received within this period, the order may be cancelled.

VI. Complaints and returns

  1. Customers have the right to return goods purchased online within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason (consumer withdrawal right, Art. 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify the Seller at info@wts.racing before the 14-day deadline.
  3. The returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of notifying the Seller. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.
  4. The Seller will refund the purchase price (including standard outbound shipping) within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless the Customer agrees otherwise.
  5. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or personalised items.
  6. Complaints regarding defective goods may be filed under the statutory warranty (rękojmia) within 2 years of purchase. Please send complaints to info@wts.racing describing the defect and attaching proof of purchase.

VII. General provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
  2. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be submitted to the competent Polish common court.
  3. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution via the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
  4. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Existing orders are fulfilled under the terms in force at the time the order was placed. Customers with registered accounts will be notified of material changes.
